The basic knowledge that you need to know is that the acrylic door is consist of 1mm thickness acrylic sheet surface and 18mm MDF base board or PLYWOOD.

Step 1. Using the PVC film laminate on imported transparent acrylic sheet. The size of acrylic sheet is 1220 * 2440*1mm.

Step 2. The 1mm acrylic sheet need to be laminated on MDF or plywood by PUR glue. The size of board is 1220* 2440* 18mm.

       Our laminated machines are imported from Spain.

Step 3. Cutting the acrylic MDF board to small pieces, which the dimensions need to match your cabinet sizes. At our factory, our professional design team will consider the exactly door sizes, to ensure we offer the best products, and services to our clients.

Step 4. Edge banding the four sides of door with double color acrylic edge, or you have PVC and aluminum edge to choose.

Step 5. Making hinge holes for cabinet doors, the standard hole size is diameter 35mm, the depth of hole is  1.2mm.

Step 6. Cleaning the cabinet doors, the dusts on the surface, defective glue of edges, etc.

Step 7. Pasting protective film on the surface of the doors, to assure the cabinet doors won'be scratched.

Step 8. Inspecting the goods at the final stage before packing, it includes the measurements, surface, edges, etc.

Step 9. Packing the goods. We have good sense to making the goods under strogn protection. Each board we have seperated by sponge,  there are corner protection for corners, and with PP banding ourside at the end.

Step 10, Sticking a shipping mark outside the packages, to distinguish the kitchen cabinet doors from other products.
