Q1: How to order products from us?

A1: Please send us your Purchase Order by email or fax, or you can ask us to send you the Proforma Invoice.

Q2: How long will I receive my order?

A2: The lead time varies among different products. For kitchen cabinet or wardrobe, it’s one month.

Q3: What’s your payment term?

A3: T/T, L/C andWestern Union. 30% of the deposit paid in advance, the balance shall be paid off before loading.

Q4: How is your packing?

A4：Loose packing or pallet packing. We could also pack in accordance with your special requirement.

Q5: Where is your port?

A5: Huangpu or Guangzhou

Q6: Can I come to your factory to check and accept before shipping out？

A6: Yes. We also warmly welcome our clients to visit our factory. We would take you around our exhibition hall.

Q7: How long is the warranty for kitchen cabinet and wardrobe?

A7: One year.

Q8：Any samples available for quality checking?

A8：Yes, we offer free samples, but please pay attention that the freight of the samples shall be covered by the buyer’s side.
