1. What is your factory main products?
Our main products are:

2. Where are you located in ?
We are at East Industrial Park, Lishui, Nanhai District, Foshan, 528244, China
3. Can I visit your factory?
Yes, please contact us in advance, so that we can arrange car to pick you up from the HOTEL.
About product and business :
1. Do you offer OEM service?
Yes, OEM / ODM services are welcomed.
2. Can I be an agent?
Yes, We weclome client which have stronge marketing capacity to be our representation in local market. For more detailed infomations, please contact us.
3. Do you offer samples for free?The FREE samples would be provided, but the freight fee shall be paid by your side firstly, that it can be refunded when the order is placed.
4. How long and how to get sample from us?
a, If you need unit cabinet sample to check, we can make as per your request.
For kitchen cabinet and wardrobe closet, we can provide the door panel color swatch for your reference
b, Lead time for making sample: about 7 days
c, The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
5. Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?
Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed on your products.
6. Can I buy 1 set for my home decoration?
MOQ for 1 set is acceptable.

8. How to order our kitchent cabinet and wardrobe clset or high gloss board?
Please send us your requirments for your order.We need to know the following information for your order:
a, Product information:Quantitiy,Specification (size, material, color, logo and packing requirement), for the kitchen cabinet and wardrobe closet ,your room drawing will be the best.
b, Delivery time required.
c, Shipping information:Company name,Address,Phone number,Destination seaport/airport.
d, Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.
About packaging & delivery:
1. How is your packaging?
Standard packing: Carton box with FORAM protection.
For fragile cargo, we using wooden box
2. How long will I receive my order?
The standard delvery time is within 20~25 day after the deposit is reveived.
3. Can I come to your factory to check and accept before shipped out?
Absolutely, Feel free to go to our factory to inspect the goods before ship it out.
4. Where is your port?
Our port is Huangpu, Guangzhou, but also we can ship goods from Shenzhen ports.
About price and payment:
1. What is your trade term?
We mostly offer FOB, CIF trade term.
2. What is the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
A: For sample, we accept the payment sent by West Union and T/T.
B: For orders, we can accept T/T 30% in advane, the balance shall be paid off before delivery or the balance against the copy of B/L.
About service and others :
1. How long is Aristokraft's warranty?
Our cabinet warranty is 2 years, but we assure you our cabinets can be used more than 10 years.
2. How do I install my cabinets?
With our instruction for installation, plus all products structure are international standard as long as you can get well-experienced workers who had assembled the flat packing goods, it will be very easy to finish the installations. Also if there is any assistance you need, pls take photos or video, our engineer will be happy to help you solve any problem of installations.
